Sure! Email us at hello@minormiracles.shop to arrange a pick up. All returns have to be made within 7 days of delivery.

We will refund you for the pieces returned to us. However, any returns made between 7 and 14 days will only receive store credits.

FAQ

 

1. When will I be charged for this?

Update: Due to a Shopify payment restriction, we will charge you for your items when you place your order but you will have 7 days from date of delivery to return them for a refund! 

 

 

2. What is the pickup schedule for the courier to and fro?

The courier will pick up anytime between 10am to 7pm daily. We are unable to schedule a specific timing for pickup and delivery.

 

 

3. What is the return process like?

Email us at hello@minormiracles.shop with your order number and we will book a courier pick up for you! Place your items in a plastic bag, seal it and paste the courier waybill, which we will send to you, on the bag. Ensure that your items still have their tags on and they are unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

 

 

4. How long will it take to process my refund?

Give it 2-3 business days for the amount to be deposited into your account!

 

 

5. What is the $15 shipping cost for?

The $15 charge is for the courier pick ups. It will only be charged if you choose to initiate a return of your order. If you choose to keep your entire order, you will not be charged $15 for shipping.

 

 

6. Is this applicable to everything?

Yes with the exception of items with hygiene issues (face masks) and items on sale! All items on sale are final, with no exchange or refunds.
