Breath of Gerberas

This print is the collage of watercolour paint that mimics the breath of flowers, as if they had moist warm breaths that would fog up the glass on a cold morning.

Watercolour splatters to a print

We started by making watercolour splatters on paper in our studio before scanning them in and digitally manipulating the shapes, colours and sizes. We then started composing the print, turning shapes around, making them bigger, smaller and layering them on one another.
