Returns Policy 

What is your return policy?

As our inventory is small, we cannot accept returns on purchases. We are however able to exchange your item for an item of the same size, colour or another style, provided we have stocks available.

Please take note that our garments are not cut on print placement so each piece from the same design will look different from one another.

What is the expiry date of store credit?

Our store credits expire 6 months from day your return is successfully processed. No rush!

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of original purchase date for local orders and 28 days for international orders. Exchanges are not allowed for sale items or orders used in conjunction with discount codes. Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and still have our clothing tag in place. 

You can make an exchange at our store in Takashimaya Shopping Centre.

What do I do if I receive an item that is defective or not what I ordered?

Oh no, our bad! Email us at with your order information and we will get in touch about replacing your items. 

Alternatively, you can bring them down to our store in Takashimaya Shopping Centre. Do drop us an email before you come!

May I return a sale item?

    Sorry but all sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 



    I just made a purchase and accidentally ordered the wrong item or wrong size. What can I do about it?

    Please drop us an email within 1 hour of your purchase letting us know of this issue and our customer service team will respond within 1 working day.

      The item I want is sold out. Will you be getting more in?

        Delivery & Self-Collection

        Am I able to pick my order up in your store?

        Yes, you can pop by our store at Takashimaya. However, do wait for our fulfillment email to let you know that your order is ready! It may take 1-2 working days for us to fulfill your order as our stocks are not at the store all the time.


        My item seems to be lost in the mail. Could you help me?

            Where are your prints designed?

            They are designed in-house by our creative director. Each print starts with physical brushstrokes or mark-making and is then turned into a print. You can read more about the story of our prints here.


            Where are your clothes made? 

            We love to patternmake and sew so every piece of garment is locally designed, pattern-made and sampled in-house. They are then sent to our factory in Malaysia where sweet aunties sew them for us.


            Payment & Checkouts

            What kind of payment methods are available?

            We accept payments via credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), Paypal and locally within Singapore, PayLah and PayNow.


              What do I do if my card is declined when placing order online?

              The order will not be processed, unfortunately. Please check with your local bank for such technical issue.


              How do I use my discounts?

              Simply enter the code given at checkout and the discount will be applied to your order.


              Can I stack my discounts?

              We're sorry but only one discount code can be entered at checkout so save your other codes or share them with your loved ones!


              The welcome code is not working?

              Please note that there is a minimum spend of $50 for the welcome code.
