Exchanges for local orders can be made within 14 days of original purchase date while international orders can do so within 28 days.

Returns can be done within 14 days of original purchase date. Store credits will be sent to your email, which can be redeemed both online and in our Takashimaya store.

Credits are valid for a year from date of issue. Purchases made with the store credits will not be eligible for further refunds and exchanges.Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with our clothing tags in place. In the small chance that items are returned to us in an unacceptable condition, we may have to send them back to you. No refund will be given under such circumstances.

Please note that returns and exchanges are not allowed for sale items, items with hygiene issues or orders used in conjunction with discount codes. Thank you very much!

For returns via the mail,simply send us an email athello@minormiracles.shopand we will assist you from there! Do note that customers will have to bear the mailing cost of the exchanges and refunds to us.
